Terms & Conditions of Trade

Warranty: All our services: Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

All products & service are subject to stock & staff availability & Transport/Shipping times. If Golden Brown Cleaning Service, Supplies and Machinery couldn't supplies your goods or service within 7 working days, your money back guaranteed & will be refunded to your bank account.

All products are warranted free from detect of manufacture. Defective product will be replaced. No other warranties are given in respect of the product or its fitness for any particular application & no warranties or condition are be implied.

Vendor shall not be under any obligation to accept goods returned by the purchaser and will do so only on terms to be agreed in writing in each individual case.

  • Claims not recognised after 3 days.
  • Not accountable for goods in transit.
  • Goods returned are subject to restocking charge.
  • However risk shall pass to the buyer on the delivery of goods.
  • For Cleaning Products & Machineries, Re-Delivery Fee of $25.00 applies where an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and is returned to our shipping partners depot for further processing requiring a subsequent delivery or customer pick-up.

Extra cover:

  • Customer can pay extra amount to insure their package depend on their cost, (we will wrap your package securely but for expensive products, we recommended to use insurance. Please call us on (03) 9933 1100 for more information)
