How to Clean Carpet by Steam or Wet Extraction or Dry Bonnet Cleaning?
Contaminates hide in dirty carpets and can cause serious health hazards like allergies and upper respiratory infections? Specialists state that carpets should be professionally cleaned TWO times per year.
METHODS OF CLEANING
Our trained cleaners use a number of methods to clean residential/commercial/office/industrial carpets. We have a proven method to assess carpets and determine the best cleaning solution to suit your needs and budget. We offer Pre Treatment, Hot Water Steam Cleaning, Dry Cleaning, and Deep Steam Cleaning for your carpets.
PRE TREATMENT
Our trained carpet cleaning specialists will assess your carpet and discuss with you areas of staining, high traffic areas, carpet condition and probable results.
A pre spray treatment will be applied and individual stains treated prior to steam cleaning.
STEAM CLEANING:
This method is using pressured hot water mixed with a mild liquid based detergent which is injected into the pile of the carpet and then is extracted out taking with it all the dirt that is hidden in the pile of your carpets.
This method with the appropriate pre clean process will remove most stains, contaminates and dirt caught at the base of the pile that causes carpet abrasion and wear.
DEEP CLEANING:
This form of cleaning is used mostly on heavy traffic/soiled areas. Using a cleaning solution that is injected deep into the pile of the carpets while being thoroughly steam cleaned and extracted back out of your carpets taking with it the dirt that is hidden deep into the pile of your carpets.
This method with the appropriate pre clean process will remove most stains, contaminates and dirt caught at the base of the pile that causes carpet abrasion and wear.
DRY CLEANING:
This method of cleaning is used mostly on lightly soiled carpets, using the dry bonnet method. This involves a thorough pre-vacuum, and then the carpets are cleaned with a dry cleaning pad and specific carpet cleaning detergent.
Always pre- test all cleaning chemicals in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to application in corner or place where are hard to see like behind door, under furniture. Drop or spray chemical onto white cotton towel rugs and scrub the fabric surface for sign of any colour detached from fabric.
