Golden Brown Cleaning Supplies & Machinery offers a 12 month back to base warranty for all motors used from the date of purchase. 

Until the nature of any fault/damage is determined, the options Golden Brown Cleaning Supplies & Machinery can provide may vary. To assist with a quick resolution process, photos will be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is determined and clarified, Total Corporate Services may offer replacement parts to the customer. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Postage fee for returning for repair is the buyers responsibility. 

The 12 month back to base warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes. Such as damage caused by operating the item outside of what is described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Golden Brown Cleaning Supplies & Machinery to provide service.

Change of mind

If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the goods in error you may be entitled to return the product for a refund. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. It must then be returned in original unused re-saleable conditions with all tags and packaging still in tacked in the following 3 days. 

Return postage fee is at the responsibility of the buyer. You are also responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may void the resolution to be offered.

Damaged goods upon arrival

Please check that item has not been damaged, before signing for the consignment. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. After 3 days this may void any claim on the courier if the item has been damaged during transportation.

Warranty valid for

Warranty is valid in country of purchase only. All Machinery warranted by the Company to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year for commercial use and 2 years for domestic use from the date of purchase. The benefits offered by this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure. In the event of a minor failure, the Company reserves the right to choose to repair or replace the machine.
Return of Goods

  • You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
  • Accessories such as cords and remote controls
  • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don't, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account
