CITRUS SPOTTER

Engineering Controls: Use only in well ventilated areas. Local

exhaust and general ventilation is recommended. Use an

explosion proof ventilation exhaust system.

Personal Protection:

Eyes - Wear safety glasses to prevent eye contact. Wear a

face shield if splashing is possible.

Gloves – Wear nitrile, PVC or neoprene gloves. Rubber

gloves are not suitable.

Note: Resistance of glove materials can vary. Evaluate

resistance under conditions of use and maintain PPE

carefully.

Clothing - Wear suitable protective clothing.

Respiratory - Do not breathe vapour.

Respiratory protection is recommended during handling.

Other - Do not eat, drink or smoke until after washing. Wash

thoroughly after handling. Applications of approved barrier

creams may prove useful. Contaminated clothes are to be

laundered before re-use.

Health Effects:

Acute -

Swallowed:

May cause irritation to gastro-intestinal tract,

abdominal cramps, vomiting and/or diarrhoea

Eye:

The material should not be allowed to contact the eyes.

Contact with the eyes will cause irritation.

Skin:

The material is irritating to the skin and may cause

sensitisation by skin contact. Repeated or prolonged contact

with the skin can cause dermatitis. (Avoid skin contact).

Inhaled:

Avoid breathing vapour, spray or fumes. Will cause

irritation to the respiratory system. May cause coughing. May

cause dizziness.

Health Effects -

: May be a slight allergen under chronic

local application. Kidney damage may occur after repeated

over-exposure.
